We're looking for an Operational Support Officer to join our new CQC-registered residential mental health service in Beckenham, delivered in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
As Everyturn's first London-based service, our 12 to 14-bed clinically led community rehabilitation service provides 24/7 support to people with complex mental health needs in a safe, well-governed, and recovery-focused environment.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship as it does not meet the requirements set out by UK Visas and Immigration.
This is a full-time role, contracted until December 2026.
As an Operational Support Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Service Manager with the ongoing organisation, development, and operational delivery of the service. Focusing on non-clinical compliance, governance, and administration, you'll help ensure the service runs smoothly and effectively, enabling colleagues to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
