Everyturn Mental Health in Beckenham is recruiting experienced Staff Nurses for a brand new residential service in London, developed with NHS partners. The role involves coordinating day-to-day service delivery, leading the team, and delivering person-centred care for adults with complex mental health needs in a 12-14 bed setting.
You will assess needs, develop support plans, deliver interventions to promote recovery, and mentor students and newly qualified nurses.
Contract:Full-time, 24/7 service - includes nights and weekends
Registration: NMC (RMN or RNLD)
We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting experienced Staff Nurses for our brand new residential service in Beckenham, developed in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. This marks an exciting milestone as we expand Everyturn’s services into London for the very first time.
Our new 12 - 14-bed service will provide specialist, clinically-led community rehabilitation for people with complex mental health needs, offering 24/7 clinical support in a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship as is does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service
As a Staff Nurse, you will coordinate day-to-day service delivery, provide leadership to the team, and work collaboratively with service users, families, and carers to assess needs, develop support plans, and deliver interventions that promote recovery, resilience, and quality of life.
