A charitable organisation in St Albans is seeking a full-time Support Worker to assist children with learning disabilities in daily activities. We are seeking a full-time Support Worker to join our team in St Albans. You will work a mixture of early shifts from 7 am–3 pm, late shifts from 2 pm–10 pm, and alternating weekends. You will support four children and young people with learning disabilities in all aspects of their daily lives, bringing good humour and resilience to make each day both enjoyable and meaningful. You will help them get ready for school, prepare meals, assist with household chores, provide personal care and medication support, and create a welcoming home while they are at school. During school holidays and weekends you will help ease the transition from school routines to enjoyable outings such as the beach or theme parks.
