Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking caring support workers to help customers live independently in a compassionate, respectful environment. You will assist with daily tasks, promote independence, and ensure a safe space where dignity is prioritised.

You’ll work on a seven-day rota, with 7.5-hour shifts between early to late; full training and a benefits package including health plan and pension accompany the role.

The practical bits

Youll work on a rota covering seven days a week, with weekend shifts shared equally across the team. You'll typically work 7.5-hour shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm. All of our customer's are based within Middlesbrough.
