Job summary

Home Group is seeking dedicated colleagues to help people with complex needs live more independently in a supportive housing setting. You will lead planning, coordinate Support Workers, and balance safeguarding, admin, and meetings to manage caseloads.

The role focuses on empowering customers through daily tasks, multi-agency collaboration, and strengthening independence for moving into the community. A values-driven environment and opportunities for development are offered.

The practical bits

• Working a shift pattern between 8am and 8pm, including every third weekend. Service-based role with some flexibility for the right candidate.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
