Job summary

Home Group is seeking a caring individual to help customers live independently and stay connected. The role focuses on daily task support, dignity, and creating a respectful environment.

You’ll work to empower customers, celebrating their independence, and collaborating with teams to provide practical care. The position supports people affected by domestic abuse and those with complex needs, with a focus on compassionate, person-centered assistance.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)
• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
• Ability to work on your own initiative, staying calm and positive under pressure
• Flexible, personal approach to meet individual needs

The practical bits

• Rota: two weeks working 4 days (including weekends), followed by two weeks working 3 days.
• Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
