Job summary

Agincare is recruiting for a Support Worker at our Werrington service in Stoke-on-Trent. You will help individuals build confidence, independence and joy, enabling them to thrive in their community.

You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines and personal care, and participate in activities from days out to holidays, always respecting choices and safety. A Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Werrington service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
