Job summary

Agincare in Essex is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals live more independently and happily. You will provide personal care, assist with daily routines, and support engagement in community activities to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Experience in personal care and daily routines.
  • Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months remaining.
  • Willing to undertake full training up to QCF Level 5.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Essex service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.

Your role:

  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
  • Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing
