Partners In Support Ltd in St Albans is seeking a dedicated Support Worker. You will help people build confidence, develop independence and participate in community activities, using online systems for rotas and payslips. Regular check-ins and training are provided.
No prior social care experience is required as full training is given; you’ll join a close-knit team that values dignity, respect and partnership in the homes and communities we support.
Do you feel strongly about making a genuine difference in people's lives? Helping others to grow and achieve their goals? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
When you join Partners in Support, you'll become part of an organisation which is CQC rated 'Outstanding'. Our team has won numerous national and local awards for leading the way in person-centred support.
We are open to full-time and part-time applications.
You'll support people to build confidence, develop independence, learn new skills, access their community by taking part in activities, and do the things that matter most to them. No two days are the same, so if you enjoy variety and want a rewarding role where you can make a real difference, this could be the perfect opportunity.
You will need to be able to use your own computer and tablet/phone to a comfortable level to use the online systems and apps which provide your rota, service details, and payslips. If you are not an avid technology user, don't worry; all training will be given.
We're committed to supporting our colleagues through regular check-ins, supervision, training, and ongoing communication, so you'll feel supported both personally and professionally.
No previous social care experience is required, as full training will be provided.
With us, you'll never be just a number; you'll be part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares about the people we support, and each other. Since 2008, Partners in Support has provided supported living services across Hertfordshire. We're proud to be a local, values-led organisation that puts people before growth.
