Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Support Worker for our Grantham service. You will help individuals with learning disabilities live as independently as possible, supporting daily routines, personal care, and activities in the community.

We’re Looking For

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• Experience required

• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Grantham service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
