Job summary

Leonard Cheshire in Sileby, Leicestershire, is seeking caring night-shift staff for a residential home for working-age adults with physical disabilities. You will assist with daily living, personal care, meals, and medications while promoting independence and person-centred support.

A home, not just a service

King Street is a residential care home for working-age adults with physical disabilities. Our home is in the heart of Sileby village in Leicestershire, within walking distance of shops, pubs and country parks. Loughborough, Leicester, Nottingham and Derby are nearby, each with their offering of attractions to visit.

We offer full-time hours on night shift. You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

Typical shifts may include:

• Night shifts: 7:30pm - 7:30am

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
