Leonard Cheshire is seeking a Deputy Manager for a King Street residential care home in Sileby, Leicestershire. The role is full-time and involves leading a dedicated team to deliver person-centred support for adults with disabilities.
You will oversee care plans, monitor wellbeing and safety, and collaborate with families and professionals while ensuring a warm, independent living environment.
As Deputy Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our service. You'll lead by example, supporting both customers and staff to achieve the highest standards of care and independence. Your key responsibilities will include:

It’s a warm, friendly, and supportive environment where everyone works together to help each person live as independently as possible. We offer full-time hours and you’ll need to be flexible to work weekends as part of a rota. You’ll also participate in our on-call rota as required.
