Job summary

Liaise is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help residents lead happy, purposeful lives. Night shifts are available, and we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

In this role you will assist with daily tasks, join social visits and local outings, keep paperwork up to date, and work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

Role Requirements

What you will be doing:

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
