Job summary

Liaise is seeking caring individuals to join our Support Worker team, delivering person-centred care with positive, progressive and personal support. This full-time role focuses on helping residents with daily tasks, social activities and outings in a welcoming home environment.

We provide full training, DBS clearance, market-leading pay and a range of benefits including pension, wellbeing tools and career development opportunities. An enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks.
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to local attractions.
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home.
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

What you will be doing

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
