Job summary

Liaise seeks compassionate Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality daily care to residents. Full-time, day shifts, with comprehensive training and support available.

You will be involved in assisting with daily activities, supporting residents' social needs, and maintaining accurate records while working closely with families and external partners to ensure well-being.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Effective decision making and judgement are required.
• Strong planning and organisation skills are important.
• Able to meet Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist those we support with daily tasks using training provided.
• Support in day-to-day life, including social visits and outings to local attractions.
• Keep paperwork up to date for each resident in the home.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and external organisations to support residents.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

Role Requirements

• Day shifts only
• Full time

What You Will Be Doing

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
