Job summary

Liaise is seeking Support Workers who share our values of Positive, Progressive and Personal support to help the people we support lead happy, purposeful lives. No formal experience required—full training and ongoing support are provided.

We offer a £500 bonus scheme for new full‑time team members, with £250 after 3 months and £250 after probation. A full driving license and access to your own vehicle are required, with full time day shifts available.

  • Basic understanding of care is beneficial; no formal experience required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Safeguarding responsibilities are important.
  • Effective decision making and judgement.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Achieves Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks.
  • Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to local attractions.
  • Keep paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home.
  • Work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to support those who live in the home.

Job description

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

We’re pleased to offer a £500 bonus scheme for new full time team members. £250 after successfully completing 3 months working with us. An additional £250 after successful completion of your probation period.

Full driving license required and access to own vehicle to reach the setting.

Full time day shifts available.

What you will be doing:
  • Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
  • Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
  • Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
  • Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
What we would like you to have to be able to do it:
