Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our warm, person-centered team. Full-time day shifts, training provided, and a £500 bonus scheme for new colleagues. You’ll support individuals with daily tasks, social activities, and accompany them on days out in the local area.

We value compassion, clear communication, safeguarding, and reliable teamwork. A full driving license and access to a vehicle help you reach the settings.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

We’re pleased to offer a £500 bonus scheme for new full time team members.

• £250 after successfully completing 3 months working with us
• An additional £250 after successful completion of your probation period

Full driving license required and access to own vehicle to reach the setting

Full time day shifts available

What You Will Be Doing

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

What we would like you to have to be able to do it:

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial, but no formal experience is required.
• Strong communication skills
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously
• Effective decision making and judgement
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards
