Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Support Worker at Stretton Lodge, Nuneaton, to help residents build confidence and independence. The role involves assisting with daily living, personal care, and community activities within a welcoming supported living service.

You will be part of a supportive team, working shifts from 7am–3pm or 3pm–10pm, with potential sleep-ins. Previous care experience isn’t essential; values and passion for helping others matter most.

7am–3pm | 3pm–10pm
Sleep-ins may be required.

Rate of Pay
£12.72 per hour, with enhanced evening/weekend pay and premium overtime rates (T’s & C’s apply)

Your Role

You’ll support people in a welcoming supported living service, helping them develop confidence, independence and the skills to achieve their personal goals.

You’ll:
