Voyage Care in Hinckley is seeking a Female Support Worker to help people in their own homes maintain independence and confidence, with shifts across weekdays and weekends.

You will provide personal care, meals and practical support while working as part of a friendly team. A caring, patient approach and previous care experience are essential to supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals.

Role: Female Support Worker

Hinckley LE10

Monday–Sunday | 9am–4pm | 4pm–10pm | Long days 9am–10pm

£12.72 per hour, with enhanced evening/weekend pay and premium overtime rates (T’s & C’s apply)

Your Role

You’ll support people in their own home, helping them maintain their independence, build confidence and enjoy everyday life.
