Job summary

Voyage Care in Hinckley is seeking a Female Support Worker to help people stay independent at home and live the life that matters to them.

You will provide personal care, support daily tasks such as meals and home activities, and offer reassurance and companionship while encouraging people to reach their personal goals. Previous care experience is preferred, but values and a caring attitude matter most.

£12.72 per hour, with enhanced evening/weekend pay and premium overtime rates (T’s & C’s apply)

Your Role

You’ll support people in their own home, helping them maintain their independence, build confidence and enjoy everyday life.

You’ll:

• Empower independence, no matter how big or small the step
• Provide personal care and practical support
• Help prepare meals and develop everyday life skills
• Encourage independence within the home
• Offer reassurance, companionship and a friendly face
• Support people to work towards their personal goals
