Job summary

Voyage Care in Hinckley LE10 is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist people in their own homes, helping them stay independent and achieve what matters to them. You will provide personal care, practical support and companionship, enabling everyday activities and goal attainment.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team, with enhanced evening/weekend pay, premium overtime rates, and access to benefits like Wagestream and a 24/7 doctor line.

Monday–Sunday | 9am–4pm | 4pm–10pm | Long days 9am–10pm

Rate of Pay
£12.72 per hour, with enhanced evening/weekend pay and premium overtime rates (T’s & C’s apply)

Your Role

You’ll support people in their own home, helping them maintain their independence, build confidence and enjoy everyday life.

You’ll:

• Empower independence, no matter how big or small the step
• Provide personal care and practical support
• Help prepare meals and develop everyday life skills
• Encourage independence within the home
• Offer reassurance, companionship and a friendly face
• Support people to work towards their personal goals

From preparing dinner independently to planning a holiday, volunteering you’ll be part of the moments that make a difference.
