Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking dedicated Night Support Workers in Longhope. You will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals to gain more independence, teaching life skills, and promoting social engagement within a friendly team.

Typical shifts are 4 on 4 off from 21:00 to 07:00. A full UK driving license is preferred and flexibility, resilience, and reflective practice are valued in this role. Public transport may not suit shift times, so driving is important.

Location: Longhope (please be aware you may need transport to get to Longhope as public transport does not get you to shift on time)

Pay Rate starts at: £13.34ph (this is including the night enhancement)

Contract: 35hrs

Typical Shifts are: 4 on 4 off 21:00 - 7am

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
