Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary (Zero Hours)

Shifts Available: Days | Sleep-Ins | Nights

What You’ll Do
  • As a Support Worker, provide high-quality care and support to individuals, empowering them to live independently and with dignity.
  • Play a vital role in improving quality of life through day-to-day assistance, emotional support, and meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household duties
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Promote a safe and nurturing environment
  • Maintain and update care plans, reports, and medication records
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
  • Respect the privacy, dignity, and individuality of each person
  • Communicate effectively with managers and wider care teams
