Job summary

CYGNET, Broadoak in Newnham, Gloucestershire, is seeking a confident Support Worker to deliver outstanding care. You’ll work 42 hours per week at a specialist residential service supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

This role emphasizes person-centred care through observation and tailored support plans. You’ll provide physical and emotional support, assist with welfare and medical needs, safeguard residents, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with good team skills.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
