Job summary

CYGNET is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for Gledholt in Huddersfield. You will work 42 hours a week across days, nights and weekends, delivering outstanding care to adults with learning disabilities in an enhanced community residential service.

You will be part of a nurse-led MDT team, supporting individuals throughout their care pathway while safeguarding and promoting independence in a safe environment.

Be a part of it.We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.You’ll be working 42 hours a week (Days, Nights and Weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Gledholt.Gledholt is an enhanced community residential service providing outcome focused support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.Gledholt is operationally a nurse-led service with both service manager and head of care being qualified nurses. We have an in-house multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who support the individuals in our care throughout their journey with us. The team consists of a consultant psychologist, psychology assistant, occupational therapist, occupational therapy assistant,activity co-ordinators, nurses and speech and language therapist.
