Job summary

Cygnet Maple House in the UK is seeking a confident Support Worker to join our team providing care to women with personality disorder and complex needs. You’ll work 42 hours per week, delivering compassionate, person-centred support and helping service users in daily activities and welfare needs.

We offer £13.15 per hour, excellent apprenticeship opportunities, flexible shifts with overtime, regular coaching and supervision, and wellbeing resources to support your professional development and

Qualifications

• Experience in care environments is desirable.
• Able to provide physical and emotional support.
• Committed to safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required.
• Safeguard Maintain a safe and clean environment.
