Support Worker

Location: Glenrothes
Contract: Full Time, Part Time and Relief
Pay: £13.45 per hour

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide both physical and emotional support, helping individuals build independence, develop relationships, and achieve personal goals. You’ll be part of a friendly, experienced team in a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Support with personal care, medication, cooking, and household tasks
  • Encourage independence and social interaction within the community
  • Support individuals to attend healthcare appointments
  • Work in line with support plans and risk assessments
  • Maintain clear and accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and professionals
  • Promote physical activity such as walking and games
  • Support budgeting and money management activities
Shift Patterns
  • 24-hour shifts (including sleepover and day shifts)
