Job summary

Real Life Options in Glasgow is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support to individuals, helping them live independently and engage with their community. You will work with an experienced team, delivering physical and emotional support and building positive relationships.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver care, ensuring compassionate, confidential and respectful support while supporting rights and choices of the people we support.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work as part of a team and lone working; take initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Enhanced PVG required (we will support the application process)

Female Support Worker
Location:Glasgow
Contract:39 hours (Full Time)
Pay:£13.45 per hour

About the Role

At Real Life Options we provide person centred support to enable the Supported Person to live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support.You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.

You’ll be working alongside an experienced and friendly team in a role that gives you the opportunity to make a real difference. We’re looking for committed and caring individuals who have great communication skills.

Shift Patterns

Regular shifts will be between 8am and 10pm but can change depending on the Supported Person and you may occasionally be required to cover Waking Night Shifts.
You will be required to work across theweekand weekend.
