Active Assistance is recruiting for a dedicated full-time support worker to join our care team in Market Harborough. You will support a 17-year-old client with complex needs at home and in the community, including epilepsy, PEG feeding, mobility support and social activities. Full-time shifts 36–40 hours, day/evening and some sleep nights.

Full UK driving licence required. Prior care experience essential; epilepsy experience desirable.

He has epilepsy and regular seizures, PEG tube, non-verbal, visual impairment and he needs support with mobility. He lives in a bungalow on his family home grounds.Our client is a happy young man who thrives off of his environment. He loves socialising and will greatly benefit from support workers who have an outgoing and bubbly personality.Previous care experience is essential and previous experience with epilepsy is desirable.You must hold a full UK drivers licence to be able to drive his vehicle.When you will be working:Full time available - 36-40 hours a weekMix of day (8am-8pm), evening (4pm-8pm) and occasional sleeping nights (8pm-8am) shiftsFlexibility to work variety of shifts, and weekdays and weekends, requiredIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
