He has epilepsy and regular seizures, PEG tube, non-verbal, visual impairment and he needs support with mobility. He lives in a bungalow on his family home grounds.Our client is a happy young man who thrives off of his environment. He loves socialising and will greatly benefit from support workers who have an outgoing and bubbly personality.Previous care experience is essential and previous experience with epilepsy is desirable.**You must hold a full UK drivers licence** to be able to drive his vehicle.**When you will be working:*** **Full time available - 36-40 hours a week*** **Mix of day (8am-8pm), evening (4pm-8pm) and occasional sleeping nights (8pm-8am) shifts*** **Flexibility to work variety of shifts, and weekdays and weekends, required**In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
