Job summary

Active Care Group's Active Assistance team is seeking an dedicated carer to support a 17-year-old client with complex health needs at his family home in Four Marks, Alton and in the community.

You will work across days and nights on a flexible rota with a consistent care plan, while receiving ongoing support from our clinical and leadership teams to help you develop your career.

Are you looking for a role for a mix of days and nights?Would you love a rewarding role, supporting our teenage client with complex health needs in his family home and out in the community?Come and join Active Assistance.What you'll be doing:This role is to support our 17 year old male client with complex needs in his family home in Four Marks, Alton and out in the community. Our clients needs include cerebral palsy, moving and handling needs, epilepsy, and PEG feed.Shifts:Flexibility to work days and nightsDays: morning 7am-10am and early evenings 3pm-8pmNights (waking and sleeping): 8pm-7amIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
