Job summary

Agincare Group in Maiden Bradley is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals live more independently with tailored daily routines. You will provide personal care, support meaningful activities, and build trusted relationships within a caring, community-focused team.

The role requires a full UK driving licence due to rural location and offers funded training up to QCF Level 5, plus a pension and Blue Light Card discounts. 7am–2pm or 2pm–10pm shifts available.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our service in Maiden Bradley to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
