Job summary

Agincare is hiring Support Workers for our services in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire, 10 miles from Peterborough. You will support individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs in their own homes and community, promoting independence and person-centred outcomes.

We value enthusiasm, strong people skills, and a proactive approach. A minimum of 12 months right to work is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging people to play active roles in their communities to promote independence.
• Supporting activities of daily living including social activities, personal care, routines and meals.
• Communicating effectively using each person's preferred method.
• Engaging with individuals to enhance quality of life.
• Specialising in positive behavioural support approaches when needed.
• Recording changes in health or circumstances and reporting to management.
• Working as part of a team and using your own initiative.

We are looking for Support Workers for our Services in Market Deeping, 10miles from Peterborough

This is a unique service within Market Deeping offering supporting living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community.

• Recording - keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
• Team player - Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
