Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:
Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
Our Shifts:7am-2pm, 8am-10pm, 10pm-7am (Waking Nights)
Contract:Full time Permanent
Driving License Required? No
This Service is extra care living accommodation for the over 55's and it is to provide enjoyment and active and independent lifestyle with the addition of added security and privacy.
This has 37 spacious purpose built apartments with access to extra care benefits.
