Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help vulnerable individuals live independent, fulfilling lives. You’ll provide person-centred care, assist with daily activities, and support with meals, routines and community activities.

The role supports a compassionate, values-driven approach within a supportive team. Shifts include day and night options, with permanent contracts available and opportunities for training and progression.

Responsibilities

• Support 6 individuals to live their daily lives as they choose.
• Provide personal care and medication administration.
• Assist with home management: cooking, cleaning, budgeting and shopping.
• Facilitate daily activities including outings, walking, swimming and visits to local cafes.

Working closely with the Service Leader, Support Workers and the individuals we support, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

Our Shifts

7.30am - 7.30pm | 7.30pm - 7.30am (Waking Nights)

Shift Requirement

We are currently recruiting for day shifts only

Contract

We can offer permanent contracts of 12, 24, 36 or 48 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be supporting 6 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with swimming, scenic walks, baking and visiting local coffee shops
