The individuals we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their learning disabilities, but this hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life! They enjoy lots of activities, including going to the movies, taking walks in the park, visiting aquariums, visiting ice cream shops, going swimming and going to coffee mornings. However, they’re always up for trying new things, so are looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge.
Our support team are very diverse and work well together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes.
We know it takes someone special to work in social care and that doesn’t always mean having experience. We hire based on values, welcoming people from all walks of life: seasoned support workers, Care Assistants, Veterans, those with lived experience, or even total newbies with a passion to care.
We’re proud to be an Equal Opportunities and Disability Confident employer.
