Community Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Cockermouth for a permanent 36-hour contract. Driving license is required; shifts run 8am–8pm with potential waking night coverage.
You will support individuals with personal care, medication, home management, shopping, cooking, and daily activities, building meaningful connections and promoting independence.

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person‑centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
Our Shifts: 8am - 8pm | 8pm - 8am (Waking Nights)
Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for day shifts only
Contract: We can offer a permanent contract for 36 hours
