Job summary

Nurse Seekers are seeking a committed Support Worker to join their friendly team in Kidderminster. You will provide person-centred care and support to adults living in supported living settings, helping them stay as independent as possible and pursue meaningful activities.

No two days are the same: you will assist with daily living tasks, accompany to appointments, support with budgeting, shopping and community engagement, and maintain accurate records while upholding safeguarding and health and
