Job summary

Nurse Seekers are recruiting a Support Worker to join a friendly supported living team in Kidderminster, supporting adults to live more independently and achieve the things that matter to them.

This is a rewarding, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide person-centred support, promote independence and help the people you support live a meaningful life on their own terms. You will also work closely with families and professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

• Youll ideally have experience in care, supported living, learning disabilities or a similar setting, but a positive attitude, compassion and a willingness to learn are just as important.
