Job summary

My Supported Life is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Gloucestershire to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs live as independently as possible. You will join a supportive team delivering person-centred care in the community.

You will work on a set rota including weekends, with full-time, part-time and bank opportunities. Pay is £13.09 per hour, plus £62.50 per sleep-in, and a wellbeing programme with training, discounts and a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and positive individuals who want to make a genuine difference and willing to align with our values (CCARE).
• Experience is welcome but not essential - full training is provided.
• UK Driving Licence preferred.

Shift Patterns:

We have full time, part time and BANK opportunities available, with limited Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available for qualifying candidates

You will be expected to work on a set rota basis, made 2 to 4 weeks in advance, including alternate weekends

• Early: 7am - 2:30pm
• Late: 2:30pm - 10pm
• Long Day: 7am - 10pm
• Sleep in or Waking Night (Optional): 10pm - 7am
