Job summary

The Bridge Care is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults with complex needs live independent, fulfilling lives. You will provide practical and emotional support at home and in the community, delivering person-centered care tailored to each person.

We offer full training and ongoing support in a rewarding role. The shifts include day and night patterns, with weekend work, and a driving licence is desirable. Visa sponsorship is not available.

No two days are the same. One day you might be supporting someone to learn a new life skill, and the next you could be helping them enjoy activities in the community. Your support will help people build confidence, independence, and quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting adults with complex care needs
  • Encouraging independence, dignity, and personal choice
  • Providing person centered support tailored to individual needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Supporting individuals to access the community and enjoy activities
  • Responding calmly and safely to situations where individuals may display behaviours of distress
  • Working as part of a caring and supportive team
Shift Patterns (Including Weekends)

Flexibility is essential, with a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts:

  • Day Shift: 07:30 – 21:30
  • Night Shift: 21:15 – 07:45

About The Role
Support Worker – Role Overview
