You’ll assist adults with varied support needs, covering daily routines, personal care, wellbeing, companionship and participation in community activities. Your work ensures individuals remain safe, engaged and supported with dignity and consistency.
Help with routines, personal care, meal prep and household tasks. This ensures individuals maintain comfort, independence and stability throughout their day.
Promote life skills, community involvement and confidence-building activities to improve quality of life and personal growth.
Follow safeguarding procedures and document all support accurately. This ensures compliance, safety and continuity of care.
You must have full eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

A valid Enhanced DBS is essential for safeguarding and working safely with vulnerable adults.
A Health & Social Care qualification is beneficial and can support your progression into senior roles.
