Job summary

SIS Care is recruiting a Support Worker to join Glenarie House. This full-time, permanent role involves supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in their daily lives and delivering person-centred care to improve quality of life.

We offer enhanced DBS paid for, an excellent pension scheme, career progression, and an employee benefits scheme. NVQ training (level 2&3) is provided, with driving being preferable but not essential.

The Support Worker role:

SIS are currently looking to recruit experienced individuals who have experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.

What we are looking for in our Support Worker:

• Experience within Mental Health
• Experience working within a Supported living service.
• Driving is preferable but not essential.
• Level 2 NVQ is desirable but not essential.

About the service:

Glenarie house is a period building set in beautiful park surroundings. This mixed sex service comprises of 16 rooms with shared facilities set over 3 floors and lift access. The service supports a mixed age range of up to 16 people with complex mental health needs. There are 24-hour staffing with waking nights.
