Cygnet Views in Matlock is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our 9-bed high dependency service for women with learning disabilities and complex needs. This full-time role includes a 42-hour week with a mix of day and night shifts, focusing on compassionate, person-centred care.
You will provide physical and emotional support, learn each service user's needs, report as required, safeguard residents, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while empowering independence.

Cygnet Views is a 9 bed high dependency complex care service for women with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge.
You will be working a 42 hours per week, a mixture of both days and nights.
