Cygnet Group's Beacon House in West Yorkshire is hiring a confident Care & Support Worker to deliver person-centred care for residents with learning disabilities and complex needs. This full-time role involves 42 hours per week, night shifts, and a rolling rota including alternate weekends, with a focus on safety, dignity and wellbeing.

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.
You’ll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), nights only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Beacon House.
Beacon House is a specialist residential service in West Yorkshire supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
