Job summary

CYGNET is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join Beckly House in Shelf, Halifax. You’ll work full-time, 42 hours a week, on 12-hour shifts with alternate weekends. The role focuses on person-centred care for people with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.

You’ll provide physical and emotional support, learn individuals’ needs, and maintain a safe environment. In return, you’ll benefit from DBS checks, apprenticeship opportunities, and flexible overtime.
