Agincare in London area is seeking an Outreach Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs live independent lives, supporting personal goals and life skills.
You’ll work in Bexley, Bromley & Newham communities, visiting homes and local settings, with a focus on person-centred support, recording changes, and promoting community connections.

As an Outreach Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and complex support requirements, helping them achieve their personal goals, develop life skills, and maintain meaningful connections within their community.
Bexley, Bromley & Newham You will provide outreach support to individuals within their own homes and local community.
We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.
A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
Full UK Drivers Licence
