You will be an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a positive difference in people's lives. We are looking for individuals who have previous experience supporting people with brain injuries, non-verbal communication needs, and behaviours that may challenge. You will be enthusiastic, resilient, and person-centred, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality support.

This is a unique supported living service in Waterlooville, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community.
We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated and passionate team, continuing to deliver outstanding outcomes and person-centred support to the individuals we support.
