Job summary

Agincare Wareham is seeking dedicated care workers to support up to 11 residents in a service that promotes independence and meaningful daily living. You will deliver person-centred care with a focus on daily living activities, personal care, meals planning and budgeting, and effective communication with residents and their families.

• Recording – keeping accurate records & reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management.
