Job summary

Agincare is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join Bromley Borough Floating Support team, delivering person-centred care in people’s homes and local communities. You will help individuals maintain independence, support recovery, and improve quality of life while promoting safety and dignity.

• Communicating- effectively communicate using peoples chosen methods
• Engaging- promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life
• Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches
• Recording- keeping accurate records & reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
• Team player Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mental Health Support Worker to join our Bromley Borough Floating Support team. This role focuses on supporting individuals living in the community who experience mental health needs, helping them to maintain independence and improve their quality of life. You will need to have excellent people skills, a positive and proactive approach, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs, alongside other complex needs which may include learning disabilities or autism.

Where youll be working: Bromley

You will provide outreach support to individuals within their own homes and local community. This includes working with people at different stages of their mental health journey, promoting recovery, independence, and wellbeing.
